survey says

Stats Canada has released an interesting report on the decline of gun-related deaths in Canada since 2000. The part that I found most interesting was the paragraph that mentioned that the number of firearms-related fatalities in Canada was a fraction of the total amount found in the United States. Same movies, same music, same video games, different gun control laws. Which do you think the mitigating factor was?
